You are a startup owner are not you?
You have few things going on and few them are success.
If you have few projects that are working and have stable user group, you might even find yourself in the situation that you need people working for you.
Well, that's great, three things come to my attention:
1. There is a pool of young minds striveing to work on your projects. Yep, few levels of experience, wittiness, and with failed projects counting at 2 or 3, there are young folks very willing to work on your level projects! You are searching for right people for your projects. Give the guy or a girl a shot, while having in mind this: 'Guidelines for choosing proper people'
2. Let's reverse things a bit. If you have few of your beginning projects ongoing and at the stage where you search for right people to do things you do not have time for... congratulations! You have beaten the level. It ain't a ladder this thing. It's all about levels that you are on. If you are searching for right people for your projects, the level is finished. It's time to search for right projects for your time and skills! There is a person a bit above your operational level, in the same situation. He or she needs proper people for those bunch of projects waiting in the drawer. If you have beaten your level, it's about time to gather your references and spread out few e-mails starting with 'Good news, you find me, sooner you get me on your projects, sooner they start rolling'.
3. We want it all, we would take both pills and bother with side-effects later. In the end, we will probably decide to do both... lead a group of people on our projects, and strive ourselves on the new operational level. Well, good luck. You will need it.
